Job Description: OCM/Process Re-Design Lead - leader in the analysis and redesign of process in conjunction with technology enhancements, structure communication, and change management, with experience motivating through action and words digital adoption, process redesign and internal and public communication. In support of Connecticuts Department of Developmental Services, CTDDS requires an experienced Organization Change Management leader with an understanding of application and data migrations, modernization efforts, strategic enterprise communications both internal and public, end-user communication expert, experienced creating and managing an OCM &communication playbook Required Skills Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Process Re-Design experience 10 Years Experience leading Enterprise Platform Modernization Efforts 10 Years Experience leading AT LEAST 2-3 end-to-end large-scale change management implementations supporting COTS implementations. Experience working as part of an enterprise PMO. 5 Years Proscii or similar Formal OCM process experience 5 Years Experience negotiating and influencing 5 Years Leveraging established change management methodologies and tools to execute plans and support implementation and adoption of new ways of working. 5 Years Designing & delivering effective change management strategy, approach & plans working with the project & client team for the transformation program 5 Years Working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success 5 Years Designing and develop holistic change management strategies that articulate how change will be managed throughout the project lifecycle 5 Years Identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques 5 Years Delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation 5 Years Conducting stakeholder, readiness, & impact assessments, communication design & execution, training plan design & facilitation for change management. 5 Years Designing and delivering material utilizing the various channels of communications to drive awareness, education and engagement across organization. 5 Years Designing, developing and roll-out communication strategy and materials 5 Years Working with various relevant stakeholders to build change management understanding and ensure buy-in 5 Years Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements familiarity with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are CRITICAL for this role Highly Desired Skills Experienced with Prosci change management methodology OCM certifications such as OCM certifications if any such as PROSCI, APMG etc. (include dates each cert was obtained on resume) Keywords: purchase order wtwo OCM Lead [email protected] |
