This is a remote role, The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and configuring Carbon Black solutions and ensuring the product is fully functional in the environment. Responsibilities: Deploy and configure Carbon Black solutions across various platforms. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve any issues related to Carbon Black deployment. Ensure the product is fully functional and integrated into the organization's environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration. Provide technical support and expertise to team members during the deployment process. Document and report deployment steps, configurations, and any issues encountered. Requirements: Proven experience with Carbon Black deployment and management. In-depth knowledge of Carbon Black architecture and its components. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to deploy and ensure the functionality of Carbon Black solutions in a production environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Carbon Black or related security technologies. Experience with security solutions and endpoint protection.
