C2C for Tech PM , sorry dont have flexibility this time Job Description: Experience: 10+ years About the Role: We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Managers/Scrum Masters to join our team in Columbia, Missouri. These roles will be crucial in driving the success of our client engagements by effectively managing and delivering complex technology projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Guide the development team in following Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients. Gather and manage client requirements. Present project deliverables and demonstrate project outcomes to clients. Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Agile development tools and methodologies (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Required Skills/Capabilities: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Leadership and Team Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and foster collaboration. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
