Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance payments processing efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, ensure they translate into analytical solutions which are implemented according to requirement. Provide actionable insights through clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to support executive decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all analytical processes. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the payments processing industry with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
