Hey Check this urgent role JOB TITLE : System Engineer (Remedy Engineer) LOCATION : Greenwood Village CO VISA : GC ,USC Interview : Skype Required Qualifications: 7-10+ years of system engineering experience with strong automation skills Linux Remedy experience developing/automating within Remedy, not just working with it as an end user SQL Python Understanding of networking Bonus Skills: Java Responsibilities: Evaluate incidents with detailed RCA process that led to specific actions and ongoing improvement. Maintain detailed records of events and impacted technical areas to find and act on trends. Support outages and events across the enterprise network Support internal Remedy application including feature development/enhancement, change requests, work orders, event management, etc. Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.
