In addition to UX/UI design and development, this role will also be working on PeopleSoft technical system designs. While PeopleSoft is not explicitly mentioned as a requirement, PS experience will be a plus for potential candidates. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assist with new projects and enhancements to existing applications. Conduct Application Design Sessions with customers and IT staff to define system requirements and create PeopleSoft technical system designs. Design system solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals. Minimum Candidate Characteristics: Experience as a Systems Analyst with hands-on expertise in designing and implementing applications. Experience creating comprehensive project documentation, including system design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, and wireframes, with proficiency in UX/UI tools. Proficient in using test tools like ALM (Octane) and managing databases with tools such as IBM Data Studio and Squirrel, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio). Scope/Description of Services The Worker(s) will provide the following services: Perform a UX/UI Design and Development Systems Analyst work in support of IT projects and production maintenance support of other TWC business systems. Assist with new projects and enhancements to existing applications. Assist with creating, maintaining, and enforcing global standards. A resource to vendor/contract staff on TWC standards and templates. Conduct Application Design Sessions with customers and IT staff to define system requirements and create PeopleSoft technical system designs. Communicate with users to confirm alignment of proposed technical solutions with business requirements. Design system solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain IT operations.
