Role: Cloud Developer Location: Atlanta, GA 30354(Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Visa- Only USC/GC or H4-EAD Local only Senior Cloud Developer High level of skill in NodeJS, Typescript is required High level of skill in building secure Nodejs lambdas across active-active AWS multi region in AWS is required High level of skill in AWS CDK is required skill in CloudWatch dashboards and alarms setup is required skill in Test Driven Development is required Communication Skills- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably for the audience Teamwork - Involves working well in a collaborative setting, supporting work team by volunteering for and completing assignments, acting as a positive team member by contributing to discussions, developing, and maintaining both formal and informal relationships enterprise-wide, defines success in terms of the entire team through mentoring and knowledge transfer. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) Good verbal and Written communication skills. Experience working with multiple disparate systems. Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS / Azure / Google). AWS is preferred. Proficiency with Python, Java, scripting (Bash and Powe) & SQL Experience working with streaming data and data extraction from different databases (Oracle, DB2, MySQL etc) Experienced with deploying and managing infrastructures based on Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift Experience with scalable data extraction tools is a plus Experience working with Kafka, Aurora, AWS Glue, Redshift is a plus Understanding of data engineering, real time streaming and/or eventing, and json parsing Experience with automating application deployment, continuous delivery, and continuous integration (Jenkins, Ansible etc.) Experience building micro services and API architecture Debugging & troubleshooting skills Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and collaborate with colleagues Must have strong oral and written communication skills Business Intelligence/Analytics experience a plus Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles.
