Job Title: Project Manager (Finance Background) Location: New Jersey or New York day one onsite need locals only Job Description: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, business analysis, governance, and capital markets, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Facilitate development of projects for trading systems, prioritizing development, and allocating resources. Manage projects, working with business, operations, and technical leads to deliver on time and within budget. Grow cross-functional teams and improve performance. Create plans and reports, develop KPIs, and introduce new processes and procedures. Identify growth opportunities, manage expectations and risks, and anticipate strategic changes. Design and run Scrum calls, planning sessions, budgeting, retrospectives, and knowledge libraries. Lead process improvement initiatives for trading systems and manage multiple projects. Develop root cause analysis programs and create procedures for resolving trading systems issues. Develop presentation materials and address regulatory issues using JIRA implementation. Work with senior management on complex data solutions and risk management. Communicate with C-suite executives and propose business solutions using industry best practices. Facilitate overall product and system design, functionality, and acceptance metrics. Develop PMO procedures to align execution strategy and change initiatives with organization goals. Manage integration of new financial products and technology for wealth management and financial services. Utilize hybrid project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SAFE, and Kanban. Manage program financials, ROIs, and prepare briefing materials for key leaders.
