Position : Disaster Recovery Coordinator Location : Hybrid- Flexible. 1-2 days a week onsite Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6-12Months Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Onsite interview Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Disaster Recovery Management: Coordinate and organize disaster recovery efforts for three departments, ensuring all documentation is validated and updated. Test Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing various tests for each department, including tabletop and physical exercises. The Infrastructure department requires testing every 3-18 months, with additional compliance and workload considerations. Gap Identification: Identify gaps in current disaster recovery plans and work with documentation to address and fill these gaps. Test Execution: Distribute tests without prior warning, document results, and report findings to higher management. Documentation Oversight: Ensure all disaster recovery documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster recovery within any IT industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
