Define and develop the architecture, roadmap, and standards for the smart building design that will encompass the solution from data acquisition to consumption in parallel with defining the technology integrations that will feed into the design assist/build activities in the construction lifecycle. Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture blueprint, including data models, database structures, data pipelines, and data integration strategies to support business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate them into technical data architecture specifications. Evaluate and recommend appropriate data management technologies, including database platforms, data integration tools, and cloud-based services. Lead the implementation of new data technologies and migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to new data systems.
