Prior experience with Certificate Authority (CA) SiteMinder in the following areas: o SiteMinder architecture design o Directory concepts, creation, configuration and updating o Assertion Attribute concepts, creation, configuration and updating o Agent creation and configuration o Domain, Realm, Policy and Response concepts, creation, configuration and updating o Entity creation, configuration, and updating o Partnerships concepts, creation, configuration, and updating o OIDC concepts, creation, configuration, and updating Knowledge of Certificate Authority (CA) Governance including: o CA Governance CSV import process o CA Governance campaign process and platform o Jasper Reports knowledge Knowledge of Certificate Authority (CA) Identity tools including: o Knowledge of kettle scripting in depth knowledge of logical graphical programming o Data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or comparable data analysis and normalization tools o Knowledge of CA Identity Management platform o Knowledge of windows password management o Knowledge of Active Directory configuration and management Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience with ServiceNow highly desired. Prior experience working within an Agile project structure highly desired. Prior experience with Jira highly desired.
