Job Title: Asset Management Location: Normal IL or Frisco TX --- Onsite 15 Jan 2023 Mode: Contract Job Description: Design and execute asset management policies, procedures and processes. Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools to analyze, review and track asset data in various locations. Develop asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location and contracts. Manage end to end IT asset lifecycle in the ITSM/ITOM tool ServiceNow. Manage asset reconciliation and asset disposal agreements. Oversee recruitment, training and performance appraisals for associates. Educate associates about company policies. Assist in inventory management, procurement and shipment activities. Analyze purchasing effectiveness and resolve purchasing issues. Oversee contract negotiation, contract renewals and vendor management activities. Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget. Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements. Prepare and manage IT asset capital and expense budgets. Ensure audit compliance for the IT assets. Guide IT asset associate in the daily administration of the asset management activities.
