Coordinate with business units, development teams, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure readiness for each release. Manage the SAP transport landscape and ensure proper sequencing of transports across environments (development, QA, production). Approve and monitor changes in the SAP environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with releases Track and resolve issues to maintain the integrity and quality of the release. Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related queries and escalations. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off processes.
