Top Qualifications:

1. Access Management knowledge and experience

2. Ping suite products (PingFederate, PingOne, Ping Access, Ping Directory)

3. Multi-Factor Authentication, Risk and hands on experience in Ping products

Job Summary:

Mandatory
PING experience with exposure to IAM system design, Handling end to end integration, architecture, exposure to working with Oauth principles and creating custom plugins as required.

Experience building security solutions using PingOne, Identity and access management, Role Base Access Management, Create web components, Federated Access Management/SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SSO,SCIM expertise, API Development, Java, SpringBoot/Quarkus, SQL/NoSQL, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, SDLC, DevOps, Security Testing, Ping SDK, Postgres, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

1. Experience in setting up Ping infrastructure with PingFederate, Ping Access and other Ping suite of products

2. Expertise in Access management solutions with Federates SSO and Web SSO

3. Hands on experience in PingFederate, Ping Access and PingOne cloud

4. Knowledge and onboarding/migration experience with SAML, Oauth and OIDC applications in PingFederate

5. WSSO application onboarding experience in Ping Access

6. Experience in creating custom plugins and micro services

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

Utilize technical skills in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Ping One, LDAP, SQL, NoSQL, Quarkus, Spring Boot, Java, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, and IAM to contribute to project success.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and software development.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 13 years of experience in program management, with a strong technical background.

Expertise in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Ping One, LDAP, SQL, NoSQL, Quarkus, Spring Boot, Java, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, and IAM.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience working in a hybrid work model and managing remote teams.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
