Develop and maintain comprehensive customer-facing instructional materials, including user guides, FAQs, API documentation, and release notes for SaaS applications. Utilize tools such as MadCap Flare, MadCap Central, XML, and HTML to create, manage, and publish content. Work with subject matter experts to simplify complex technical information into accessible, user-friendly materials. Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all documentation while adhering to company branding and style guidelines. Participate in content reviews and usability testing to improve the quality and effectiveness of the documentation. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in technical writing to continuously improve processes and deliverables. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proficiency with documentation tools like MadCap Flare and MadCap Central. Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, and APIs. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and concise documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and work independently when needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with version control systems, content management systems, and/or localization tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and workflows.
