Prior to the network deployment, the Printers, Workstations and Devices team is transitioning all Epic printer from IP settings to DNS settings. required Substantial experience working with Epic printer & workstation (EPR & LWS) records Extensive understanding of printer set up within EPIC Demonstrated basic printer & workstation troubleshooting experience within EPIC Able to effectively communicate with team members & end users (written and verbal) Strong documentation skills preferred Willing to work off-hours should time constraints require Experience with Microsoft Suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc) Has some experience using the Service Now ticketing system Able to work both independently and within a team Keywords: green card URGENT HIRING : Epic Technical Analyst : 100% remote [email protected] |
