Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: experience in SAP ERP testing, including hands-on testing and leadership roles. Experience in managing SAP testing for large-scale implementations or upgrades. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules (Eg-FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM). Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager). Understanding of integration testing with third-party systems via APIs, middleware, or web services. Testing Skills: Expertise in manual and automated testing approaches. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, Worksoft Certify). Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage testing teams effectively.
