From: Prashant Yadav, ITECS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Oracle EBS Production Scheduling Module Consultant Duration: 6-12 Month Location: 100% Remote Visa: NO OPT/CPT Master Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely updates to master data within Oracle Production Scheduling, including but not limited to: Bill of Materials (BOM) Routings Work Centers Capacity Lead Times Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Production Scheduling: Utilize Oracle Production Scheduling to create and maintain production schedules, including: Finite Capacity Scheduling (FCS) Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) Analyze production schedules for potential bottlenecks and proactively address issues. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to schedules as necessary, such as: Rescheduling orders due to delays or equipment failures. Prioritizing orders based on customer demand and due dates. System Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Production Scheduling. Provide end-user support to production planners and other relevant personnel. Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and identify opportunities to improve production planning processes and system utilization. Develop and implement best practices for production scheduling. Participate in cross-functional teams to address production-related challenges. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Production Scheduling modules (Discrete Manufacturing preferred). Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
