Position Title: IT Project Manager (Senior Level) Location: 810 Jefferson Street SE, Olympia WA (Mostly Remote with occasional onsite visits) Duration : +24 Month Department: Washington Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE) Period of Performance The initial period of performance of any Contract(s) and Work Order resulting from this RFQQ is anticipated to begin 2025, and end June 30, 2027. WAHBE, at its sole discretion, may extend the period of performance through June 30, 2030, in whatever time increments WAHBE deems appropriate. Mandatory Requirements: Vendors proposed Senior Level Resource must have: At least 7 years of professional project or program management experience. Formal education in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience: Associates degree Bachelors Degree Masters Degree Providing relevant ideas and perspectives on process or practice improvements. Tracking a projects performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Creating and maintaining detailed documentation and providing timely updates to stakeholders. Creating detailed project plans and schedules. Performing quality control on a project throughout development to maintain expected standards. Utilization of industry Project Management software and tools.
