Reviewing agreements forwarded by vendors for W2 placements. Negotiating payment terms and invoicing processes for W2 consultants. Referring to Termination Clauses and Liability Clauses in agreements. Reviewing all clauses under agreements, including Breach clauses, Liability clauses, Termination clauses, Non-competition, and Non-solicitation clauses. Reviewing NDAs and NCAs forwarded by vendors. Preparing C2C MSAs and SOWs for placements with our clients. Knowledge of performing BGCs for W2 and C2C candidates. Strong communication skills. Ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
