Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications. Extensive experience using UI Builder and UI Framework to create and customize web applications. Provide technical expertise and guidance on the ServiceNow platform to support and enhance IT service management processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications and functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development and configurations. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: You are: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 9 years of hands on experience working on SNOW development. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred. Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, and workflows. Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services, REST, SOAP, etc. Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, etc. Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.
