http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2086644&uid= Share resume at [email protected] Title : SAP Data Migration Architect Location : Hybrid here in Charlotte. 12 months + Duration : 12+ Month Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Architect to lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA with expertise in SAP Data Sphere, SAP LTMC, HANA Migration Cockpit, and SAP ABAP. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration tools, ABAP for custom data transformation, and strong expertise in Salesforce integration for seamless data flow across systems. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the data migration strategy, leading the cutover process, managing defect resolution, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with functional, technical, and business teams. Additionally, experience with data governance, post-migration support, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex migration projects, including defect management and cross-system integration, are required. Key Responsibilities: Data Migration Strategy & Planning: Develop and document a comprehensive data migration strategy and roadmap. Conduct detailed assessments of existing SAP data structures and Salesforce requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration goals, scope, and success criteria. Data Architecture Design: Design scalable and efficient data migration architecture, leveraging best practices. Establish data mapping, transformation, and validation rules between SAP and Salesforce. Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and organizational requirements. Data Analysis & Transformation: Analyze existing SAP datasets to identify dependencies, redundancies, and anomalies. Define and implement data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment strategies to ensure high data quality in Salesforce. Implementation & Execution: Oversee the migration process, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Select and configure appropriate tools for data migration and integration. Monitor and troubleshoot issues during migration to minimize downtime and errors. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, SAP experts, business analysts, and project managers. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Compliance & Governance: Ensure the data migration process adheres to data privacy, security, and compliance regulations. Establish data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and consistency. Post-Migration Support: Validate and reconcile data in Salesforce post-migration to ensure accuracy. Provide documentation and training to end-users and administrators on the new data architecture. Optimize and maintain data pipelines for ongoing integrations between SAP and Salesforce. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in data architecture and migration projects involving SAP and Salesforce. Strong expertise in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, etc.). Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python). Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, APIs, and integration patterns. Knowledge of SAP data structures, modules, and processes. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Data Architect, Integration Architect). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, P). Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
