No H1B Required Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR 4 years of job-related work experience, OR 2 years of job-related work experience plus an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including developing test plans and/or test matrices. Work Arrangement: Partial onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite, with additional onsite days as needed. Experience in: Claims Managed Care PIMS PCMH DataLake knowledge Key Candidate Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support multiple clients, including providing onsite services when needed. Make recommendations to clients on improving testing activities. Track and report on quality assurance metrics. Work Schedule: 5 days per week. This role is ideal for individuals with a Business Analyst background combined with testing or test design experience.
