Job Title: AWS Connect Consultant Location: Los Angeles, CA, 90063 Duration: 12 Months Skills Required An Enterprise Architect possesses knowledge and technical expertise in standards and technologies to support complex business analysis, solution selection, systems design, and application integration. Skills Preferred 1. Expert Knowledge in Amazon Connect Contact Center Development: Contact Flows, IVR Applications, Skill Based Routing, LEX Integration, AWS Control Tower. 2. Proficient in cloud based telephony and Contact center. 3. Possessed technical expertise in designing AWS call flow, agent reports and dashboard 4. Proven ability working on AWS Monitoring Services, AWS Control Tower, Amazon QuickSight. Experience Required This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least three (e) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. Experience Preferred 1. 5+ years of experience working with AWS Connect, Azure, AWS Control Tower, AWS Security Services, AWS Lambda. 2. 5+ years experience in routing protocols addressing, services virtualization, and integration/collaboration strategies for enterprise architectures. 3. 5+ years Web/Directory Services: Microsoft AD, AWS Monitoring Services 4. 4+ years of experience in unified communications and how it works in a collaborative environment over switching, routing, firewall, cloud, MPLS, QOS and WAN Technologies with the ability to document using Visio or similar. Education Required This classification requires the possession of a bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Education Preferred Graduation from an accredited college with specialization in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field. Must have a valid California driver license. Current certification in one or more of the following: AWS Solutions Architect-Associate, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Database, AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
