Company: BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Location: Columbia, SC Onsite: Tuesday- Thursday Bill Rate: $30-35 per hour No H1B Job Description: Business Analyst/Test Design Specialist Required Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR 4 years of job-related work experience, OR 2 years of job-related work experience plus an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including developing test plans and/or test matrices. Work Arrangement: Partial onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite, with additional onsite days as needed. Sponsorship is not available; candidates must be eligible to work without C2 sponsorship. Preferred Skills and Experience: Skills: Business Analysis experience. Experience in: Claims Managed Care PIMS PCMH DataLake knowledge Key Candidate Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Effective communication skills to support both I/S and customer-facing projects. The Team: Enterprise Quality Engineering Claims Team: Focused on teamwork, collaboration, and delivering quality products. Committed to providing exceptional support to customers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support multiple clients, including providing onsite services when needed. Make recommendations to clients on improving testing activities. Track and report on quality assurance metrics. Work Schedule: 5 days per week. This role is ideal for individuals with a Business Analyst background combined with testing or test design experience.
