Position: Gen AI Architect Job Location: Remote Job Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire Visa: GC/USC/H4EAD Responsibilities: - Develop GenAI pipelines for Chat, RAG, and Fine-tuning applications. - Collaborate with teams to enhance models based on user feedback. - Establish metrics for assessing GenAI module performance. - Implement quality assurance processes for accurate outputs. - Deploy and maintain GenAI models seamlessly. - Monitor model performance post-deployment. - Maintain clear documentation for team accessibility. - Ensure smooth integration of GenAI solutions with existing systems. - Stay updated on Generative AI trends for innovative solutions. - Evaluate cutting-edge developments to enhance Client technologies. Skills Needed: - Proficiency in Small/Medium/Large Language Models like GPT-4, BERT, LLAMA. - Experience in retrieval-augmented generation systems and orchestrator agents/LLM chains. - Advanced Python skills. - Familiarity with Git, Jira, Azure Blob, and AWS S3. - Expertise in PDF parsing, document segmentation, and content handling. - Knowledge of vector and relational DBs, and vector search algorithms. - Strong problem-solving abilities for project evaluation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
