Role:: Senior Program Manager (Telecom domain) -- Location: Seattle, WA (PST Zone candidate) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale Telecom BSS transformation programs. Provide consulting and advisory services to Telecom clients, focusing on solution design, implementation, and modernization. Drive architecture delivery, integration, and optimization of Telecom applications (Sales & CRM, CPQ, Billing, Order Management, etc.). Lead technical solutioning across BSS application stacks (Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma). Modernize Telecom BSS stacks, run POCs, and develop business cases. Manage program governance, risk, change, and release management. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and optimize program efficiency and profitability. Mandatory Skills: Extensive Telecom BSS experience (Sales & CRM, Billing, Revenue Assurance, etc.). Expertise in eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards, and TMF architecture. Hands-on experience with BSS platforms (Amdocs, Netcracker, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: TOGAF 9, TMF Certifications. Experience in enterprise integration, legacy modernization, and omni-channel transformations. Key Attributes: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
