Responsibilities include: Developing new distributed web-based applications and modifying existing ones within state-budgeted projects. Supporting current systems, such as Wisconsin Work Programs (WWP), CARES Worker Web (CWW), ACCESS, and MyAccess. Performing tasks such as analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, user documentation, and training material development. Prioritizing candidates with state/federal program experience. REQUIRED SKILLS (8-10 years+): Application architect experience (3+ years). . NET development utilizing DB2, SQL Server, or similar (8+ years). Angular Framework experience (3+ years). Team Foundation Server/GitHub experience (2+ years). AJAX, JavaScript, Web Services, and HTML experience (5+ years). NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: Analytical/problem-solving skills (8 years). IIS/ASP.NET/MVC/DB2/Oracle Server systems (8 years). Test-driven development (TDD) and unit/system/user testing (3 years). Change management (4 years). Project management (4 years). A real-time screenshot photo of the candidate is required before interviews. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Candidates must provide personal equipment for remote work: Windows Computers: Windows 10, 8GB RAM, Direct3D 11-compatible graphics card, latest VMware Horizon Client.
