SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BE in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems or Masters degree. Minimum 9 years of experience Technical Expertise: A strong background in software development is essential, typically with at least 9 years of experience in software development roles. The technical lead should have expertise in Fullstack development, using Python for backend development, and hands-on experience designing and developing complex software systems. Experience with Azure Cloud is required Project Management They should have a good understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and be able to effectively plan, track, and manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The technical lead should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. They should be able to analyze complex technical challenges, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for a technical lead. They should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product owners, designers, and testers.
