Role: Sr. .NET FullStack Developer (35-hr Part-time) Location: Ny City, New York Duration: 5 Months Job ID: SLG - 19 - 10141 Description The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking qualified Software Developers to augment our existing IT team. The candidate will assist in the development, enhancement, and support of internal systems discoverWorkforce and the Employer Portal that underpin the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs, specifically the Learn & Earn and Train & Earn initiatives. These systems are built on a .NET Framework stack and need to be robust, user-friendly, and efficient, enabling DYCD staff and Providers to manage participant information, track program outcomes, and generate necessary reports. Duties Design, develop and maintain the discover Workforce and Employer Portal applications, which are built on the .NET Framework. Work with technologies such as Angular 17, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and other relevant tools within the .NET ecosystem and integration with Dynamics CRM. Integrate new features and functionalities based on user requirements, ensuring seamless performance and scalability. Conduct impact analysis on large, complex projects by assessing how changes in one program affect others. oPerform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed code. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and databases. Mandatory Requirements Experience (12+ Years) Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
