Work with business groups, internal-external teams to understand requirements to write efficient system programs. * Provide support for production applications. * Good oral and written communication skills are required. * Applicants must have strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously in an aggressive environment including off hours support. * Applicants must have the ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environmental changes. * Knowledge in software package installation, change management, and testing is preferable. * Candidates should be able to translate functional requirements, build relational models and transfer relational models into technical design and application code. * Knowledge of the scripting language is highly desirable. * Candidate should be an excellent team player and independently able to research and provide resolution for any production support.
