Job Description - Job Title: C++ Developer Messaging Applications Location: Manassas, VA (Hybrid, On-site 2-3 Days/Week) Experience Required: 5+ YearsJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to join the messaging team at SWIFT. The role involves developing, enhancing, debugging, and supporting central and customer-facing messaging applications. Candidates must have strong technical expertise in C++, Python, and Linux scripting, with a proven ability to integrate complex messaging components and ensure end-to-end flows.Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and debug messaging applications using C++ and Python. Support application testing, write unit test cases, and contribute to test automation. Perform integration tasks, ensuring interface requirements are met and verifying end-to-end messaging flows. Navigate UNIX/Linux systems, including command-line operations and scripting. Collaborate with the messaging team to design and implement new features. Support the QA environment as needed.Must-Have Skills: C++ Development: Minimum 5 years of experience. Linux/UNIX Systems: Hands-on experience with command-line navigation and scripting (5+ years). Python Development: 13 years of experience. Scripting: 35 years of experience.Additional Information: Work Schedule: Hybrid (on-site 2-3 days per week) No exceptions. Relocation is acceptable, but local candidates in the DC area are preferred. On-site interview may be required for any concerns during the initial interview.
