Work with the client's Technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection that are important to support the client's 2025 Ovation launch which consists of custom products and persistent COTS. Ensure timely population into the correct ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives. II.
