AppDynamics etc. Experience level: 2-3 years relevant experience Your role: Are you excited about playing a key role in keeping UBS competitive in the Big Data Space Do you have a good working knowledge of Financial Reporting Data technologies & Cloud Services like Microsoft Azure Are you at your best when supporting others Do you have proven ability to solve complex application production issues And have a desire to innovate using state-of-the-art automation and monitoring tools Were looking for a IT support analyst to: support data applications that will eventually migrate to the Azure Cloud Platform ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications meet the highest production quality standards contribute ITIL production expertise to the onboarding of existing and new IT products and services define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements assist in planning BCP, patching and other infrastructure related projects contribute to automating manual processes get involved in problem management to identify root causes and ensure issues don't reoccur maintain a knowledge database Your team: Youll be working in the Application Support and Reliability (ASR) which provides application support for the UBS Reference Data & Azure Cloud suite of applications. You will be located in Nashville Tennessee and will be part of a global team that provides follow-the-sun support with other locations in Pune India and Zurich Switzerland.
