This critical technology initiative involves migrating State Aid Management System (SAMS) from its legacy platform to a cloud-based Low-Code Development Platform (LCDP) and a cloud-based Decision Management System (DMS). Duties: Develop bespoke business applications, reusable components, and unit tests on the provided LCDP platform. Utilize the platform's graphical user interface (GUI) to create data models, user interfaces, and business logic without the need for extensive textual programming. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement integrations with external REST services and customize UI templates. Manage application deployments across environments (e.g., DEV, QA, STAGE, PROD). Mandatory Qualifications: 8+ years of application development experience with at least 3 years of OS development experience. Some travel may be required. Must be Outsystems certified. Development experience on the specified LCDP platform with relevant certifications preferred. Expertise in using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application development.
