This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce's Educational Cloud Architecture. Salesforce Education Cloud Certified Manage and optimize Salesforce Orgs, custom objects, Apex triggers, and other Salesforce components. Ensure the system is configured to support the agency's academic and operational needs. Provide support and expertise in the integration and administration of DocuSign within the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless document management processes. Work closely with the agencys IT and academic teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Provide guidance and best practices for utilizing Salesforce's CRM/ERP capabilities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures. Provide training to end users and support staff as needed. Must have certifications ( Any certification is fine ). This is a one year project.
