Job Title: SAP Indirect Tax Consultant with Vertex Experience Job Location: Remote Job Duration: Contract Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Indirect Tax Consultant with expertise in Vertex to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAPs tax modules, particularly in configuring and managing indirect tax processes, and experience integrating and optimizing Vertex tax solutions within SAP. Key Responsibilities: Configure and implement SAP Indirect Tax solutions, ensuring compliance with local and global tax regulations. Integrate and maintain Vertex for indirect tax calculation, reporting, and compliance within the SAP environment. Analyze business requirements and customize SAP tax solutions to meet specific indirect tax needs, including VAT, sales tax, and other transactional taxes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate tax calculation, reporting, and reconciliation processes. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the SAP and Vertex tax setup. Perform testing, end-user training, and documentation of tax configurations. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in SAP Indirect Tax configuration and implementation. Strong expertise in Vertex tax solutions and their integration with SAP. In-depth knowledge of indirect tax regulations and compliance processes. Experience with SAP SD, FI, and MM modules, specifically in the context of tax calculation and reporting.
