Implementing and maintaining security, privacy, and compliance policies. Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues. Providing end-user support. Collaborating with teams to enhance Office 365 deployment. Experience in Power Platform governance, administration, and development of Power Apps. Proficiency in navigating and configuring the Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence Starter Kit. Knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform technologies. Proven experience in Power Platform administration and support, with a focus on enterprise environments. Experience in delivering technical training and strong troubleshooting capabilities. Responsibilities include overseeing the design, implementation, and security of the SharePoint environment, as well as providing technical guidance to site administrators. Also, responsible for planning and executing tasks related to evaluating new SharePoint-based initiatives and maintaining the SharePoint implementation. Provide technical guidance to site administrators in the technologies related to the development and support of a O365 environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills to engage with key stakeholders and team members.
