They do not want a Project Manager. Its all Program/PMO Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement roadmaps, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Leverage engineering expertise to understand team workflows and bridge gaps between technical requirements and business objectives. Manage programs in a large-scale enterprise environment, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and address technical or operational challenges. Qualifications: Strong engineering background with experience working closely with engineering teams. Proven ability to build roadmaps and optimize workflows for technical teams. Experience managing programs in large enterprise organizations. Familiarity with GCP Cloud technologies and associated workflows.
