Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated S4 Hana Sales / OTC professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging the S4 Hana platform, managing the order-to-cash (OTC) process, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 Hana, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Utilize the S4 Hana platform for sales and distribution purposes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Handle customer queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, working closely with the sales and distribution team. Continually monitor and analyze sales data, making adjustments to strategies as necessary. Required Skills Customer Service: The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally. Sales & Distribution: The candidate must have a strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. S4 Hana Knowledge: The candidate must have a deep understanding of the S4 Hana platform, with the ability to use it effectively for sales and distribution purposes. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. SAP S4 Hana certification is a plus. Preferred Skills Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Technical Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules like MM, PP, FICO. Project Management: Experience in managing projects. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
