Job Description: Developing, testing, migrating development work, upgrading/cloning ServiceNow instances. Currently, implementing ITSM, ITBM, ITAM and integrations. Learn TRS business and act as the intermediary between IT customers and technical team. Help to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. This may involve understanding requirements from user meetings, designing technical solutions and assisting in writing/implementing tasks. Work in an agile environment and ensure assignments are ready in a timely manner. Other ServiceNow team duties as assigned (for example: Attend all relevant ServiceNow meetings, Training/assistance admins & customers) Strong ServiceNow developer/admin experience Able to convert to an FTE in 6 months (reside in Texas at that time), US Citizen or Green Card Holder required Able to pass a background check Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Primary responsibilities: Developing, testing, migrating development work, upgrading/cloning ServiceNow instances.
