Title:- SAP BW BPC Remote Must support Phoenix based hours We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BW BPC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP BW and SAP BPC with a strong background in SAP BW versions 3.5, 7.0, 7.3, and SAP BW 7.5, including Native Hana Modeling and BW-IP. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with SAP BPC 10, 10.1. The consultant will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end solutions, optimizing data processes, and driving performance improvements across various projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Design and develop end-to-end data models and solutions for various business scenarios using SAP BW. SAP systems, employing various methods such as Flat files, DB Connect, Web services via PI, BW to BW, and more. Perform Native Hana Modeling tasks, including creating Analytical, Attributes, and Calculations Views, as well as Store Procedures. Pursue problems and resolve technical issues. Debug, tune and optimize report performance. Proficient in the use of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office to perform custom calculations, filtering and sorts to support complex business planning and reporting scenarios. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement enhancements to improve report performance and data load performance. Conduct thorough analysis of existing models, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions to address gaps and optimize processes. Design and develop E2E data flows from ECC to BW to BPC, encompassing Environment, Dimensions, Models, Logic Scripts, EPM reports/Input forms, and DM packages. Leverage planning features in SAP BPC extensively for Forecasting and Budgeting, including building consolidated planning models and sub-models (P&L, CAPEX, HR). Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP BW BPC Consultant, with proficiency in SAP BW versions 3.5, 7.0, 7.3, and SAP BW on Hana 7.5. Extensive experience with SAP BPC 10 and 10.1, along with exposure to ERP systems such as SAP ECC 6.0, S/4HANA 2019, and 2021. Strong expertise in ETL processes using SAP SLT, data extraction, and integration from diverse systems. Solid understanding of programming languages, including ABAP and SQL. Expertise in ABAP specifically around BADI development to support typical data transformation functions for use by BPC solutions. Proven experience in designing and developing end-to-end data models and solutions, including Native Hana Modeling. Previous involvement in BW/BPC upgrades, Source system ECC to S/4Hana Migrations, and Hana DB upgrades. Hands-on experience working with SAP BW on HANA features, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations using ABAP, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ and performance optimization concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform thorough gap analysis and recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: SAP BW BPC certification is a plus. Familiarity with SAP Integrated Planning (BW-IP) and SAP BPC Planning and Consolidation (BPC) optimization techniques. Knowledge on SAP SAC is a plus. Previous experience in Retail industry is a plus .
