The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the plant by managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing the use of resources. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 HANA, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of plant maintenance using SAP S/4 HANA. Ensure work clearance procedures are followed and manage maintenance orders effectively. Coordinate with the team to schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely manner. Required Skills Work Clearance Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in managing work clearance processes in a plant environment. Maintenance Order Management: The candidate should have a solid background in managing maintenance orders, including scheduling, tracking, and completion. SAP S/4 HANA: The candidate must have proficiency in using SAP S/4 HANA for plant maintenance operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with certification in SAP S4 HANA. Preferred Skills Maintenance: The candidate should have a good understanding of general maintenance procedures and practices. Plant Operations: Knowledge of plant operations and safety protocols is beneficial. Equipment Management: Experience in managing and maintaining plant equipment is a plus. Inventory Management: Skills in managing inventory of spare parts and equipment. Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling. Technical Documentation: Ability to create and manage technical documentation related to plant maintenance. Project Management: Experience in managing plant maintenance projects. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance-related issues.
