Program Manager(Banking, Financial) Auburn Hills, MI (2 days hybrid) Program Manager Key Responsibilities: Planning and Goal Setting Resource Allocation and Management Risk Management and Mitigation Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Program Governance and Compliance Performance Management and Reporting Program Manager Background: 7+ Years in Financial Services working with as Program Manager, Change Management Owner, or Product Owner. Preference is to have deep knowledge of Identity Access Management technology and processes. Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position (preferably at the Director Level). Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods, focus on Agile Delivery. Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and Change Management Principles. Outstanding leadership, organizational skills, and desire to lean in and execute work personally.
