This program involves integrating multiple systems with BlackRock's Aladdin platform, and as the E2E Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring the seamless integration and quality of the platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of E2E testing, system integration, financial services, and project management. Qualifications and Experience: Around 15-20 Years of Overall Experience in QA Good Experience of managing QA for Aladdin integration projects Exposure to managing high complex initiatives Key Skills (Mandatory) 1.Financial Domain Expertise: Understanding of investment management processes, financial instruments, asset classes, and risk management. Knowledge of portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, and reporting in the investment management industry. Familiarity with performance measurement, benchmarks, and asset allocation methodologies. 2.Aladdin Knowledge: Experience with the Aladdin platform or similar asset management systems (BlackRocks Aladdin). Understanding of the architecture, workflows, and integration points within the Aladdin ecosystem. 3.Defect & Test Management: Strong understanding of test methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
