Below is a comprehensive job description: Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, regulatory compliance requirements, and objectives. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. System Implementation and Configuration Configure SAP EHS modules, including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Occupational Health. Implement SAP EHS solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Develop workflows and processes for EHS incident management, compliance, and reporting. Integration and Support Integrate SAP EHS with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PM) and third-party systems. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues. Ensure smooth data migration and interface development. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Stay updated on global and regional EHS regulations to ensure the system supports compliance. Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Training and Change Management Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders. Support organizational change management to encourage adoption of the SAP EHS solution. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement. Collaborate with technical teams to implement upgrades, patches, and new features. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in environmental science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience in SAP EHS modules (Product Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, etc.). Strong understanding of EHS processes, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, REACH). Proficiency in SAP configuration, testing, and implementation methodologies. Knowledge of integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and QM. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and clients. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SAP EHS module or related SAP certifications. Experience in global SAP rollouts or large-scale implementations. Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other analytical platforms.
