After three months, we can offer three days in the office and two days working from home (and option to be called in the office by the supervisor) if the immediate supervisor approves it Title: Senior Business Analyst Project Management Create project estimates Follow up with appropriate parties Status reporting Gathering of Business/Functional Requirements Generating detailed process flows Designing Graphical User Interface mock-ups Writing Business and Functional Requirement Documents Creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Creating Test scripts QA Reporting of bugs encountered during System Test Assisting staff with Microsoft SharePoint connectivity and issues Significant Experience with JIRA & Confluence The candidate should have a minimum of 13+ years of strong business analysis experience, who can think out of the box and can handle multiple projects. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills since they will be working directly with the business under my supervision. If possible, this person should also have experience working with government agencies (child support would be a plus!). Senior Information Technology (IT) Specialist General Experience: 13+ years of subject matter experience and expertise in Information Technology (IT) systems Functional Description: Analyzes and studies Information Technology (IT) systems, infrastructure and applications. Involved in conceptualizing and implementing new IT initiatives. Expert in researching and supporting emerging IT concepts and systems. Providing support and technical expertise on multiple customer IT systems. Providing specialized expertise in managing, maintaining and enhancing IT systems for optimum use. Support customer in adopting new IT concepts and streamlining IT as a service. May supervise a staff of IT specialists and/or other IT engineers/programmers. Works independently without direct supervision. Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or Business and 13 years of experience performing the foregoing functions or a High School diploma and fifteen (15) years of experience performing the foregoing functions.
