From: Karan Chaudhary, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job: Principal Developer SAP CPI Logistics, FI contract to hire, Location: hybrid role in Dallas, TX Responsibilities: Lead large-scale application development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements Design and implement sustainable, architecturally compliant solutions within complex environments Troubleshoot, maintain, and configure software, including creating test scripts and testing applications and interfaces Lead technical aspects of projects, coordinating with business stakeholders and managing project schedules Mentor and coach junior developers, promoting coding best practices, technical design, and quality assurance Research and recommend software and hardware solutions to enhance system performance Oversee third-party development teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery Create and maintain business and technical process documentation and training materials Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams to translate and meet project requirements Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders Promote Agile development methodologies and lead Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) processes Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Lead initiatives for process improvements to enhance functionality and system efficiency Foster collaboration across teams and business units to meet project goals Drive progressive improvements and identify opportunities to automate business processes Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field 6+ years of experience in software/application development in SAP 6+ years of experience in S/4Hana implementation 6+ years of CPI development experience in Logistics, FI and Success Factors.
