Role: ServiceNow Developer Location: Chicago, IL Onsite Duration: 6+ Months Job description: Conduct a detailed study of the contract to ensure compliance and alignment with objectives. Develop integrated process flows for Incident, Major Incident, and Change Management based on ITIL best practices. Create the IM and ChM process RACI matrix defining roles and responsibilities for both Watlow and Capgemini teams. Identify and recommend process improvements and optimizations. Review and finalize all deliverables in collaboration with CG and Watlow stakeholders. Deliver comprehensive training on processes to relevant teams. Document and hand over ServiceNow tool requirements to the ServiceNow Lead. Escalate potential risks and challenges es to the project manager for timely resolution.
