This role will act as the key liaison between HR business users and technical teams, ensuring successful system implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle HCM Core HR and ORC functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle HCM Core HR processes. Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Core HR and ORC modules to align with business needs. Develop and execute SIT and UAT test plans, ensuring system reliability and accuracy. Support integrations, data migrations, and issue resolution within the Oracle HCM ecosystem. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for end-users. Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
